Submission

[All statements in this subsection will be individual Multiple Selections. The ‘Submit Grievance’ button should activate only after all Multiple Selection statements have been selected]

After you submit

After submission, SPIN will seek to acknowledge your grievance within the timeframe specified in its Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

Where further information, documents or clarification are required, SPIN may contact you using the details provided in this form.

Submission of a grievance does not itself determine that the grievance is valid or that the requested remedy will be granted.

Urgent Matters

This Form is not an emergency-response channel.

Where the matter involves immediate danger, an actively unfolding serious offence, ongoing financial fraud, an unauthorised banking or payment transaction currently in progress, threats involving a child or another matter requiring urgent intervention, contact the appropriate bank, platform, law-enforcement agency, emergency service or competent authority without waiting for SPIN's grievance process.
